We are an out-of-network provider. You pay at the time of service, and we will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, if you wish to do so. Out-of-network services mean that we do not have contracts with insurance companies to set predetermined rates for our services. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of care without being restricted by insurance guidelines. Payment is due at the time of service, but you are eligible for reimbursement from your insurance. This model ensures that we can offer personalized, high-quality psychiatric care tailored to each individual's needs.
We also partner with Reimbursify, an easy-to-use app that helps you file claims in minutes.

Yes. At Sage Psychiatry & Wellness, we provide both medication management and therapy services to support your mental health journey. Our therapy offerings include evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
We tailor sessions to each individual’s needs, whether the goal is managing symptoms of depression or anxiety, navigating life transitions, or building healthier relationships. For many people, combining therapy with medication leads to the best outcomes — but you can choose the path that feels right for you.
